Cancellations / Returns

Every product on this store is made to order whenever a purchase is made. So if you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. As soon as the order is delivered & in your hands, you are given up to 30 days to address any quality issues.

Damaged/Quality Issues

If your order had been damage during shipping or if the order has any quality-related issues like the printing or the coloring, please include a photo of your purchase that shows any quality or damage issues. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds Policy

Depending on how your purchased your order, there will be different processes for when you get your refund.

PayPal: Any refunds processed through will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

International Purchases

And International orders outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. For more information regarding your country’s policies, please contact your local customs office.
